Where does this platform live? Do fans need to download an app to access it?

FC CORE is embedded or I-framed directly into your website, microsite, or official team app, giving you a seamless, white labeled environment. There will be no visible FanCompass branding on your website or in any of your campaigns. There are no apps to download or messy re-directs; fans can engage in your campaigns right there within your organization’s website.

Is FC CORE mobile-friendly?

Yes, this is a mobile-first platform that can be viewed on desktop, tablet, and phone.

What is the lead time to set up and how difficult is it to implement?

The lead time really depends on your team’s availability, but once you connect us with your web or app administrator we can implement and have you up and running within a matter of hours.

How frequently should I run campaigns?

Campaigns should be run year-round. Continuously, during the season and monthly, at minimum, during the off-season.

Is there a limit to the number of campaigns I can run, and can I run them simultaneously?

No, there is no limit to the number of campaigns you can run… the more the merrier! And yes, you can run them simultaneously as well. In fact, we encourage simultaneous campaigns as it gives cross-promotion and access to multiple campaigns through one entry point.

How time-consuming will it be to build and manage all of the campaigns?

The platform is very intuitive and easy to use so it should only take roughly thirty minutes to an hour each week to set up and maintain your campaigns.

Can we integrate into our CRM?

Absolutely! We are an open API platform with the ability to integrate into any CRM, Data Warehouse, Marketing Tools, and more.
