As this season comes to an end, our Fall 2024 interns are getting ready to move forward into the next stage of their college careers! This group quickly found its rhythm and became a valuable part of the FanCompass team, contributing great effort that made a lasting impression on the company. We’ve truly enjoyed working with each of them and appreciate everything they brought to the program this semester.

Meave Sullivan- Syracuse University
“This past fall, I was fortunate enough to work for FanCompass as a part of Syracuse University’s senior Sport Management Capstone. This experience exceeded all of my expectations and was everything I could’ve hoped for. When I joined the organization, I was immediately welcomed by a team of talented professionals who provided me with the resources and support to immerse myself in the realm of fan engagement. My role within FanCompass’s Customer Success department was extremely engaging and dynamic, as it allowed me to contribute to influential projects while gaining valuable hands-on experience. This opportunity not only strengthened my desire to build a career in the sports industry but also inspired me to pursue future opportunities focused on leveraging technology to enhance fan experiences and generate revenue for sports teams and leagues. As I reflect on my time at FanCompass, I am grateful for the personal and professional growth that I experienced. As a young professional, I am continually seeking opportunities that challenge me to develop new skills, deepen my knowledge, and broaden my perspectives. FanCompass helped me achieve each of these goals. Looking back, I can confidently say that this experience shaped me into a more skilled and driven individual, and I am enthusiastic to continue to see where the future takes me. "My time as a fall intern for FanCompass was hands down one of the best internship experiences I've had, and a major part of that is the team culture.
