Challenge & Objective

The Nashville Sounds set out to build a larger, more actionable first-party fan database and turn engagement into measurable business results across ticketing, merchandise and sponsorship. The opportunity was to move beyond a small number of high-impact giveaways toward a consistent, year-round engagement program that could identify fans, capture ticket intent, create qualified buyer audiences and give sponsors measurable activation value.

PRE-CAMPAIGN SNAPSHOT
