 Campaign Specifications

PLATFORM GRAPHICS

There are specific size graphics needed for the platform to be viewed across mobile, tablet and desktop devices.

 

SOCIAL GRAPHICS

For campaigns planned to be shared across social media channels, below are the sizes we recommend.

OTHER PLATFORM GRAPHICS

For sponsor logos on the platform, they must be 40px in height and no more than 180px in width. For presenting rights sponsorship logos, please contact your Customer Success Manager for a template.

 
 

*Images must be hosted before being used in a campaign. For guidance and best practices on hosting and implementation, please contact your Customer Success Manager.

If you experience issues with HTML not rendering correctly, please contact your Customer Success Manager or email support@fancompass.com.

Note: HTML functionality is only supported in select areas of a campaign.
